Silent treatment from DebtRescue South Africa

Please advise as to when the clearance certificate shall be issued given that more than 20 business days has lapsed. The initial request was submitted on the 26th of December 2023.

I have paid up all debts which was listed in the debt review court order and sent all the relevant documents that were requested by Debt Rescue in order for me to get my clearance certificate.

In terms of the National Credit Act (NCA) 34 of 2005, the debt counsellor and not the courts, must issue a clearance certificate.

Correct me if I am wrong but It should take 21 days for me to receive my debt review clearance certificate. My debt counsellor has up to seven days to send my clearance certificate to all the registered credit bureaus, then these bureaus have seven days to remove any of the negative points of this credit from my credit report and credit score.

It's been months and I still have not received it not have I gotten any feedback as to why not.

Where is my clearance certificate???
