Signing with Debt Rescue, is Signing your death sentence.

Registered with them since 2018. We never missed any payment. Whenever a debit order goes,full amount is taken. 2023 Wesbank is phoning to come repocess a car saying we are owing big time. They have asked for legal action against is because they haven't received their money for months now. Called Debt Rescue they said they are no longer paying Wesbank and the lady said she does not know why. She will call Wesbank to investigate. Now the bank is looking for me to take my car. I call and ask to speak to a manager, they say I'm not allowed to. Why? Asked the bank to send me a statement and they said now they can't because its now a legal matter. Bank is calling now looking for me as they want to come collect their car. My life is a mess now because of their incompetence.

Please do sort out this asap as it is traumatizing me now. Im being harassed by Wesbank because of you Debt Rescue. Or can someone from the high office call us to resolve this issue before i take my own legal route....

How long does it take for the so called Complaints Resolution Consultants to sort this and give a feedback.? It's like an electronic response to everyone who complains. If you care about your clients, I think by now I should have received communication from you as it is egent.

No communication as yet. Better take further steps. Demonstrate with placards at their office in Kempton Park. Will arrange with media to be present. Watch the space.
