Shocking service and performance

After waiting for weeks and weeks for by balances from creditors i decided to get the exact balances from my creditors myself , took me 20 minutes , once i got the balances from debt rescue there was a discrepancy of nearly R30 000 between what the bank says i owe and what debt rescue says i owe , not only that the balances received from the previous week does not alugn with the present balance , the so called senior debt councelor does not even take calls , never calls yoy back , ignores everything you ask for , i have been payingvthis debt for 2 years almost and am in a worse position now than i was 2 years ago , they dont give a damn about their clients once they have you , and you pay for their services evey month , absolute shocking service , will not recomend debt rescue to anyone
