Shocking Service

I am absolutely disgusted by their service after paying them for 6 years almost and then finding out that a company has handed me over after they where suppose to pay them and then asking for statements and getting the run around. It can not be that difficult to show me where my money has gone and why after so long my debt isn't cleared. I have emailed I have phoned I have tried everything and get an answer. My emails are now being ignored when I phone in to speak to the Manager KG that promised he would help I just get transferred and transferred till the phone call eventually gets disconnected. My whole life is on hold now because of them I am beyond Frustrated. Where did all my money go that they where suppose to pay to the creditors????????
