SHOCKING SERVICE!!

So after posting numerous complaints about this company, I get an email from them trying to pass the buck. It's unbelievable that these big companies think they can get away with ruining someone's credit score. Now they are trying to say that the reduced payment that was paid to Capitec for 5 months was due to a systems error. Please!! I've given Debt Rescue ample time to rectify my account with Capitec who I'm now behind by at least R4000 due to their negligence. It took them 7 months to finally get my iPDA monthly statements correct, and where do I begin with them debiting my account after it had already been paid and not on the day I authorized it. Oh yes! They also blamed that on a systems error!!!! I've heard it all from this company.! This 'MATTER' has gone on for so many months I can't even count anymore. Due to their lack of assistance in my matter, I've gone to the ombudsman as it's very clear they won't take responsibility for anything that's happened!

DEBT RESCUE, don't call me. It will be the 50th consultant giving me the same story. Not interested anymore.
