Shocking and Poor service

This company is on the ball when you send out a request to help you with your debt and quickly to answer you everyday at any given time, but once the lawyers papers are signed and you are on the system everything goes downhill. I had to contact my creditors myself to give me an updated statement every month. I paid in a lump sum with instructions on what accounts needed to be closed first but they did their own thing. No customer support in regards to settlement letters. I have know idea why I have ever considered their help in the first place if I had to do all these things on my own in any case. I have been trying to get off their books since 20.10.2022 and I still have a black mark on my credit applications. i have emailed them them on the 30.01.2024 and 6 days later still no answer and don't even bother phoning. I'm sitting on a credit score of 678/740 and I cant even upgrade my phone???? Please just take me off your system and give me my certificate so I can move on!! This company has done absolutely nothing for me besides inconvenience it.
