Shocked

I am actually shocked, my query did get answered quickly from Katekane, but unfortunately he/she failed to let me know that the old amount will still go off my bank account and not the new one, his response to me was “if you let me know sooner, then it wouldn’t have been too late”😂 what the hell? How am I supposed to know I am too late if I am not being told!! Do I need to smell it maybe?? I am shocked at this response
