Shannon is such a helpfull and kind lady. She has been informing me of my process every step of the way. If ever i dnt understand, which trust me is alot she is always helpfull and kind and making sure she explains in such a way that i understand. She has not been rude once or made me feel like im dumb for not understanding. I dont deal with anyone else apart from her because of her amazing personality and kind service.
