Shaky start, awesome end!

I have to rate the service at 5 stars because of my happy ending and the speed at which I received my clearance certificate (within 7 days of sending paid up letters).

Ashnie Naidoo, really is the main reason for the 5 stars, with wonderful updates and swift action resolving my case!

For those reading this, the other part of this review, is that it is very important to get insight on how the debt review process actually will affect your life. This process is NOT easy and its NOT a get out of jail free card, it has consequences and unfortunately not very much will prepare you for what you go through at the beginning. The process was absolutely welcomed at the beginning because I had less pressure dealing with creditors but the cost was significant in a sense that when i was in a good financial position, i could not simply just exit the process, also the additional fees that come with the process really takes its toll and I can understand why companies like these get bad reviews.

I did fall out of the process but I worked on my income generation and after 3 years I managed to pay off debt. Debt rescue does the job they promise to do, yes that job is not to nurse your feelings and offer free wonderful service... NO you need to understand it will be even more painful once debt review with less pressure from creditors and deal with the reality that you are in, I went through it myself! but there is light at the end of the tunnel, always verify and learn in order to make up your own mind, sometimes what other people tell is not the best solution for you, remember that once again, this process is not perfect, but it works so long you can navigate with realising every action good or bad on your behalf has consequences, so be informed and act wisely!
