Service non existence!
Worst service!! They don't reply to mails. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH TO GET MY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE!!! I told them that FNB does not give paid up letters for a current account . I even send them the mails where FNB said they don't give the paid up letters for a current account. They then said Fnb will send them the letter in 10 working days. I have waited and yet still no paid up letter for the current account and they just ignore my mails. I have send them a mail that I received from FNB confirming that my Current account is no longer in overdraft. I have even send them my current account statement!! And still I don't have my clearance certificate!!!
