What a disgrace!!!! I can not believe the service. They are so quick to set up a quote etc. Tell you that you have to include your bond to qualify..... which is also in my parents name and to mention that in no way would it can effect my parents name. Then 4 months later bank attorneys phoning saying that I now owe them 4 months bond payments. Then still having multiple Debit orders still coming off my account that are supposed to be covered with the debt resuce debit order. Now we can't get any communication from debts resuce south africa on how this happened and how to fix the debt orders or even any information on our account. I recieved a whole email with someone else's information. Very private information. If that was my info being emailed to strangers I would not be very happy and definitely wouldn't feel safe with a company that clearly don't care about their clients. Runnnn that's all I can say.
