Rude and confrontational
I had all of a 15 minute text conversation with Vicky from Debt rescue. She was immediately confrontational and rude. The information I had completed on my application was somehow lost, and she repeatedly accused me of not submitting it - even though I had. I can't speak for the actual service, but I felt so insulted and attacked right from the beginning that I will not be working with this company at all.
Is this process not embarrassing and shameful enough without the consultants patronising you?
2 stars because at least response time was lightning fast.
