Restored faith in customer service

Truth be told, I was going to give this service a really bad review. I have fought for over 3 months to get my issue resolved, and I have fought to get an explanation from a consultant. Five consultants and a team leader later, Lucy Davids from the Customer Service department came to my rescue My experience was transformed into a positive one by her understanding and explaining what happened to my account. She was supportive, patient and kind, and she took the time to listen and explain what had happened. Lucy you are a Gem and I truly hope that Debt Rescue knows how valuable you are to the company.
