Refunds - Paid-up letters - Wrong Funds paid over
Worst company ever! Does not update outstanding balances when statements are sent through to them. Still paying credit providers after paid-up letter where forward to them 4 months ago and now struggling to get refunds. Paying credit providers funds over that is more than the previous outstanding amount. And when asking for feedback no response what so ever.
