Process not what was promised.

No problem until you pay off all your debt and then no one is interested in you. If they are not short staffed, then it takes them a week to read your email. Then the manager who has to sign the certificate is off for a whole week and next thing there is only one person who can verify documents and she only does that once a week so. In the end a process that I was told takes 3 working days has still not been completed after 4 weeks. No joy if you phone and ask to speak to a senior person to complain. Just no interest in the fact that their delay impacts on other people's lives.
