Pro-active problem resolution, respect and attentive listening

I have been privileged to be assisted by Ms Rinah Saboshego in the last year of my debt review process. Thank you Ms Saboshego for the dedication you have invested to see through every issue I have raised, and all issues emanating from my creditors, you have taken it upon yourself to be proactive to resolve all these issues. And, at the personal level, being an individual going through debt review, it has a stigma, as a result I did not expect the high level of client respect and attentive listening that you have shown towards me.
