Poorest service!

Absolute no joy! Last payment made was July 2018, major problems with payments they stopped March. Nothing is being resolved, no supervisor or manager available to speak with. No response and I have to phone continuously. I still to date have not received all my paid up letters or proof that I am no longer under debt review. Attorneys are phoning me asking for payment as they stopped March. Every time I phone, they will make a note on the system and someone will phone me .... this has been weeks!
