Poor to non communication.
I have been with this company for 5 years and to be honest there is no communication from debt rescue side. You call them they never call back and when they do they need to call you back and then you do not receive any communication afterwards. Can someone please assist me with my account as I requested management to phone ,they promised to do so today and nothing as yet. I left msg after msg to phone me. I dint want to go to this site but it seems it is the only way to get a responds.
