Poor services and unprofessional

was in a process of signing up for debt review with debt rescue. I had to cancel because I was sent an email by debt rescue confirming a debit order of an amount of money that we did not agree upon. I than requested to cancel as I was not comfortable to continue with debt rescue because I was afraid I might experience other problems in the long run.

I have now signed up with another company, and they contacted debt rescue for my file. Shortly after that, Debt rescue sent me an email to say that I owe them an amount over R3000, I rep**** to the email on why was I never informed of this on my cancelation, Debt rescue never rep**** back to that email.

I find myself in a difficult situation because all I want is to fix the broken pieces of my life, and Debt rescue is holding me back as they are refusing to release my file and I don't understand why they claiming that owe them after I sign up with another company.
