Poor services

<p>We joined about almost 3 years ago on the debt rescue. As we now suddenly recieved phone calls from ABSA to say they didnt recieve a payment from last year for 6 months now. Its been now more than 3weeks and still no solution have been brought to our attention debt recue take alot of money each monht from us to hear they accidentally put the wrong clients settlement letter on our file ABSA still phone us for the payments and all that debt rescue tells us they did send a new respond for ABSA to approve which ABSA said they didnt recieve. My personal opinion are dont go to DEBT RESCUE they are not up to date with their services. And who ever made this mistake will nothing be come off. They are really not a good choice to be with due to their unknowledge of do filling work. And still I requested a respons within 24hours but no respons was given if ABSA agreed on the new payment arrangements. So if they increase our payments monthly I will sue if the increase your payment period I will sue. Due to this is their mistake and we will not be liable for their problems made. Id I make a mistake at my work I must take hit for it and with them while they made the mistake the client must take the hit for it. Not how it works. Debt Rescue Your service is up to the badste point I ever actknowledge. Update your work knowledge and keep clients happy.</p>
