Poor service from Rebt rescue

This story has been coming now since May 2020 when my wife settled her debt through Debt Rescue. Up until today she has not been cleated off itc.. First they battled for over 4 months to get a settlement letter from Edgars.. 8 March that got sorted out . Inquiring whether whether clearance can now be done...Oh no.... we are still wsiting for Game's letter.. utterly ridiculous.. Nearly 11 months and these people can not get to a point.. I got told .. we have 150 people working here i got told and not one can not tell me who handled this issue... Poor, poor, poor service. I guarentee i also know the response on this email.. computer generated again.. Where is the next level i can report Debt rescue to..?
