Poor service

Good day

I am very unhappy, I have been trying to call you form last week Wednesday regarding my clearance certificate, I have been sending emails also regarding this, I logged into my credit score yesterday and saw that all my months and also 3 of my wife’s months is marked in red so I’m currently listed as a bad payer at all credit bureau, you’re promise at the start of my journey with you guys was that I will not be listed at anything so please tell me then what is going on. I have been getting all my paid off letters from the creditors on my own, I have also sended you guys all the paid up letters and still there is a delay in service.

I have been waiting now almost one month for my clearance certificate and can’t seem to get hold of anybody to assist me. I request an answer on the above 2 query’s A.S.A.P latest by Wednesday from you guys as you cannot even call me ore inform me on my status for my paid up letters then also you owe me almost R800 not even to mention that but yes.

This is very poor service and I’m totally disappointed in you guys.
