Poor service
I have been a client of Debt Rescue for 5 years now. The end of May this year I managed to pay off all my debt, sent all settlement letters through to them and all I get is the following "thank you, your email has been sent to the relevant department".
I have not received any further communication from them even though I email them on a weekly basis to get feedback. No "relevant" department has made any effort to contact me. I tried phoning numerous times, and all I get is "I have no idea what is going on with your account".
It seems their service levels are fantastic if you pay them, but afterwards, they don't come through for you.
I am very disappointed.

Kindly note, that in my original post I mentioned that I have sent you all the settlement letters, so a swift, from the book excuse will not suffice. I simple apology would do just fine. I sent these on 27 May, 12 June, 20 June, 23 June. . .which on your email to me after this post, still does not show. Don't worry I will email this to you once again. My issue is not the time it takes to issue a clearance certificate, the time it takes to do this or that, my issue is the fact that I receive no feedback from you, not even after explicitly asking for it.
