Poor service Debt Rescue

3 months after my last payment which was ment to be a happy and cherished moment I am still fighting to get my clearance certificate and have a fresh start aswell as awesome credit score which is now going backwards again due to very little feedback from Debt Rescue unless I’m sending the first communication.

For a company that’s ment to assist and Make life easier and better it’s surely more stressful and they not very eager to take accountability and quick to shift the blame but can’t even guarantee an effective turn around time to resolve the matter or put the clients at ease.
