POOR SERVICE AND FEEDBACK

<p>I app**** for debt review because i thought that is a good way of paying my debt without court judgements. At first their service was excellent and very helpful. But then a problem araise with one of my creditors which said the account is excluded. As this creditor was one of the biggest reasons for me applying for debt review i was not happy. The creditor reason was that there is an insolvency status on my account, but when i speak to them nobody knows about such status. Then suddenly after 2 months going and debt rescue assurance that this creditor will not be excluded i receive and e-mail saying that they are excluded and they add an amount to my budget so i can make arrangements with them myself. The creditor arrangement they are willing to make is far more than the amount debt rescue add to my budget. On request what is going on what are they doing about it, is the only answer the file is with the legal department. If i did not enquire i would not know, till today i still don;t know what is going on. In the mean time the creditors are phoning me non stop. I am so disgusted and dissapointed in these people. The sad of this is that i cannot do anything about it!! Don't ever use Debt Rescue, they do not deliver service or give feedback.</p>
