Poor service after querying how to get out of debt review
If I am not mistaken this is a customer driven service, but it seems that as long as I am paid up to date you don't really care who I am?
When you call in staff are extremely friendly and helpful but now that I am querying how I can get out of this debt review situation I get no email response.
Why must I waste my time calling and emailing when it is YOUR job to keep a client updated? I am DISGUSTED in the level of service received.
