POOR Service!!
I app**** for debt review on the 4th of January 2021, everything was going well until debt rescue advised me that according to Absa I am married in COP. I had to update my details by Absa within 10days which I did. I have received no feedback from Debt Rescue regarding a follow up with Absa despite numerous emails and query logged. I have now been handed over to lawyers by Absa and I'm receiving threatening emails from attorneys. I thought Debt Rescue was supposed to decrease stress not increase it. Nobody responds to emails. How can I pay my full debt review installment and the lawyers???? Very poor service
