Poor Service

I am currently with Debt Rescue who are assisting me with my debt issues. They have a 3rsd party (iPDA) that makes payments to the various creditors but for several months one creditor as not been paid. When Debt Rescue was contacted they said will escalate the problem but my recent statement still shows this as not been sorted out. Now the Creditor in question as now handed it to the attorneys.
