poor service.

I have a Wonga settled account that was settled last year but debt rescue has still not closed the account and still paying the creditor, as per the creditor account is long settled. I have multiple calls I've logged with them for a Boodle account that hasn't been paid and I always get an automaded message saying issue is been resolved, no feedback on to say why the creditors are not being paid. I have received multiple letter from one creditor that hasn't been paid and threating to cancel the arrangement made with them but at the same time Debt Rescue is paying a settled creditor. when you request updated balances it a mission to get feed back. still waititng since last year
