Poor service
They have helped me a lot with no issues, but now with my premium review I'm getting such bad service. I sent an email with my latest parsnip & expense breakdown for my premium to be increased, and all I got was an email from Kiran that reads: "Gooid morning
Please note on doing you review you need to increase by R***.** as per attached Court order cascade to your vehicle account
Please advise on the increase"
These are the people handling our money that can't even type an email properly. The only documents they also attached to the mail was old documents I sent them to apply for the service. I did not even receive a document with confirmation of the premium increase, payment term or allocation structure, how can I advise???
Please get someone more professional than Kiran to assist. Thank you.
