Poor service

They are quite helpful with the registration process and getting new clients on board. But the statements they send you every month does not correspond with the amounts that you owe your credit providers. I have statements of 2 accounts that was settled last year already but they are still waiting for feedback and paid up letters. If you contact them they tell you that they did send an email and one must allow 10 working days for follow up. After 10 days it's the same process.
