Poor Service

I am getting very poor service from Debt Rescue, I have been under debt review for the last 5 years and recently settled my last account I had under debt review on the 05/03/2019 and requested them to please send me my clear certificate. I read up on google it takes up 5-10 working days so I was aware of the process it will take. But then I get an email requesting a paid up letter for my home loan which is impossible as I was under debt review for 5 years and there was no way my home loan was going to be paid up - which I though they will know. So I send a mail and explain I removed my home loan from debt review in 2017 and was making normal payments on my home loan. So it took like a week for her to reply to me.Then I get an incorrect email stating that my ABSA and Nedbank account paid up letter was received. So I responded to the lady and explained to her the account I l had under debt review was a MFC account and not ABSA - Then I get an apology email. So then I get another email requesting to send closure letters before they can start my clearance process, this totally confused me so I rep**** and explained to the lady I am really confused by her mail then she sends me an apology email - know I really feel crazy and confused and this is taking ridiculous long, I am unemployed for the last year and cannot find a job because I am under debt review so I made so many sacrifices to get my last account I had on debt review paid up but all I get is incorrect emails and no feedback on what is happening. I want to know if my name will be cleared by the 01 April 2019 and when will get my certificate?
