Poor service

I have been waiting for a clearance certificate for almost 2 years now. Paid up my debts and even supp**** them with the paid up letters but I was told 2 are still missing for different accounts but the creditors have no knowledge of those accounts. It's the same story everyday. It's almost 2 years now but same old story. It's really frustrating.
