Poor service

I have been doing follow up on an account that they stopped making payment last year July, without any explanation or reason. I have send them follow up emails requesting a paid up letter for the account yet no response. When I call their offices they transfer my call from one desk to another. When I finally got hold of someone who was willing to hear me out, she just told me that they have send a request to the creditor and I must just wait.
