Poor feedback
I do not receive any feedback/response on emails/queries. I also have no indication if Debt Rescue even made a follow-up with the institution in question. I sent an email on 18 May and have not heard anything. This is not the first time I have had to complain about their poor feedback. In May I wrote a complaint on their website to which I also received no response.
