Poor customer service!!! Don’t care type of service!!!
They have a poor service they been paying my accounts and now that I want a paid up letter they are now telling me that they don’t know who is my creditor!!!!! But they been taking my money since 2015!!!!! Can someone tell me how this has happened!!!! I called they are not answering and they do is to send emails that it’s escalated!!! My life is now on hold because I can’t get a clearance letter!!!!! No wonder people say one you in you won’t get out, I now see why!!!
