Poor Customer Service

The level on service recieved is unbelievable to say the least, I struggled with you suppose to help me, now that I managed to pay off all my debt you still get me the run around to clear my name, I remember when I was applying for this, u could even call me to make sure I do everything correctly but now I get responses after a week and even responses from old emails.

I had to resort to getting another debt counsellor to assist and still pay for their services because my first choice of debt counsellor was bad,

No i get email saying my information is received and send to relevant department after I called and wrote not so nice email to dent rescue,
