Poor customer service
I have been contacting you via email and WhatsApp, requesting for someone to call me or email you about increasing my monthly installment so that my term can be reduced. I would like to know what would my terms be reduced to if I pay extra? But no one is getting back to me with an answer. Please assist me with this.
