POOR COMMUNICATION RESPONSES

Seems like communication back to client is not really important for Debt Rescue. They want to make demands ect, but when a client needs something we are completely ignored. I have been trying endlessly to get them to respond to a mail regarding a creditor that is changing payment details, but sadly nothing. Seems once you are a client, you really become nothing to them, and they only look after their own interests. They do not care about the client!
