I've been attempting to reach Debt Rescue's customer service department for weeks now without any success. My attempts via the Whatsapp channel have been met with either extremely delayed responses or no response at all. Phone calls go unanswered as the phones simply ring. Additionally, I lodged a ticket weeks ago and have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or resolution. My experience has been frustrating and unproductive. I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with Debt Rescue's services
