Please NEVER apply with them for debt counseling! 4 monts later and they still have not cleared us, they tell us it's now our own problem!

Do not EVER let this company "help" you. Once your debts are all settled, they leave you high and dry to clear your own name with the assistance of attorneys that costs you even MORE money. We even had to administrate our own documents throughout the 7 years, they didn't even bother to do the proper filing. They are absolutely USELESS! When we phone them for assistance they just tell us that clearing our name is now our own problem and that they are done with us. They never even sent our clearances report to the NCR. When we log disputes, they do not even bother to reply. We will be reporting them now to the NCR and OMBUDSMAN.
