Please Clear My Name!!!

So I wanted to go under debt review because due to circumstances I was falling behind on some of my payments, after requesting a quote forms was sent and I responded with i just want to know how much my repayment would be and how long the term thereof would be, response from the consultant was you need to fill in these for in order for us to go ahead with the process to get the results of that, forms were filled in a day or 2 later got a response with the amount and another form to fill in which i did not, after calculating the amount they said would be my repayment amount excluding my car insurance rent and cellphone accounts i saw that i will not be saving anything as it actually comes to more then what i was currently liable to pay on my accounts because of the car insurance, rent and cellphone accounts. i responded and said i was no longer interested in the service and gave them the reason therefor with the calculations, and still i keep receiving emails asking me to complete that specific form i did not complete from many different consultants with my response being the same as the first reason why i do not want to go ahead, now i am receiving statements of unreceived funds even tho I have not accepted and completed and signed all paperwork I even sent emails to several consultants saying im not interested and the reason therefor also, that they should communicate with each other as i have been sending the same email to several consultants. i am now listed under debt review and i have not even accepted or agreed to it!!!!
