placed under review after asking for free assesment

i have app**** for assessment with this company early this year because i was struggling to meet my creditors obligations,and i was assisted and told that i was over indebted and need to go into debt review however after careful consideration i decided i didn't want to go through with it however as a write this my name is under debt review and my credit score went from 650 to 0 and when i contact this people they give me an excuse after excuse that they cannot remove my name from debt review even though they are the ones who put my name under debt review am paying my credits myself and no order was granted by any court but my name is under debt review its so depressing you need to remove my name from your stupid review i want nothing to do with it my id is ***. remove my name i will deal with my debts
