Thanks for your email.

How is it possible that I still owe so much after paying through my neck for the last 4.5 years? The calculation was done on all my accounts and I was asked what I can afford and approved for debt review on that basis.

Now 4.5 years later I get told I still owe R50,000? I would please like a clear and simple explanation as to why this happened because there is no way I can pay this! Also take note of the mail I received 28 November 2018 (1 month after I sent my mail - shocking service from FNB!) from FNB Debt Review with the outstanding amounts - it doesn't add up to what you have just given me!
