Pillar to post and back

My request to have an account issue resolved with one of my creditors has now entered its 6th month! Although Debt Rescue has kept me in the loop the last three months the matter has not been resolved. Two law firms later the account is now back with the creditor and an agent from Debt Rescue ‘s complaints resolution department emails me and asks ME to phone the creditor for further assistance on the account!! What good is that going to do? Isn’t that what Debt Rescue is supposed to do?? To negotiate and resolve account issues on my behalf? We are now right back where we started with whole saga!
