Paying my ex husbands account

When me and my ex husband got divorced Debt Rescue made such a mess with splitting our accounts. They put one of his Addcon accounts under my name and one of my Addcon accounts under his name. I paid my last installment July 2018 and my ex stopped paying his a long time ago. So this left my Addcon account unpaid and I paid his account in full! I have been getting the worst excuses and can't get clearance on my name. They keep sending me emails that they are waiting for feedback if Addcon can transfer funds from my ex's account that I wrongfully paid to my Addcon account. After this was requested 6 December I have to phone every week just to get nowhere. I phoned DMC myself to find out if it will be possible to transfer the funds. They informed me that there is no way that this can be done. Now I have to pay R5500 because they split our accounts wrongfully!! After my last installment I had 4 surprise accounts that I had to pay all of a sudden and receiving calls from law firms threatening me. They accidentally send you other clients account info but when it comes to your own account nothing gets resolved, you have to sort it out yourself. They take no responsibility what so ever. You can phone and email the whole day you absolutely get nowhere. I will not recommend them to anyone
