Pathetic services from Debt Rescue😡
I joined Debt Rescue in 2019. On my own I managed to clear several accounts. My African bank loan has increased to almost double since I joined Debt Rescue. Enquiries since 2021 fell on deaf ears. After numerous emails to find out why my loan account balance does not decrease I still have not receive a proper answer. Lately ALL my emails get ignored. Their customer service is next to nothing - pathetic. They take my money every month, but they don’t care about my accounts that are not right. I want answers and solutions, else I want out of Debt Rescue immediately.

03 Nov 2023, 12:42I would like Debt Rescue to take accountability by following up with African Bank and sort this problem. I refuse to pay for the rest of my life on an account that is supposed to be almost paid off.
For once in their life they need to act on their empty promises.
