PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DEBT RESCUE & HYPHEN PDA!

<p>I have no words to describe my recent experience with this company :( - On 19/04, I had called one of my accounts to get my settlement balance so that I could settle the account on 25/04, to my surprise, I was advised by the debtor that my account was written off and closed in March 2016 (A year ago) - I immediately contacted Debt Rescue to let them know, I was then advised that they will get a refund and asked if the refund should be paid to me or what I prefer, I advised that I do not want the money and that they need to pay the refund to Get Bucks, I have been in constant email communication with Vicentia and today she advised that she will follow up, tonight, my gut feeling told me to check Hyphen online, so I follow the feeling, I found that Hyphen received the refund on 26/04, not only do these two companies not comminicate (BUT YOU PAY THEM MONTHLY), they did not do as instructed, they instead distribute the refund between my debtors, there is a reason why I instructed the refund to be paid to a specific debtor, this was because I planned to settle them at the end of May, and guess what, they paid a further R23 to the account which was closed and refunded, I also checked my distribution list for my debit order and they once again paid a further R78.76 to the same account which is closed and refunded - How *********** can one firm be??? I demand to speak to a senior regarding this urgently as Debt Rescue is honestly not rescuing me, you should maybe relook at your company name as you are distroying me! I need answers urgently or I shall seek legal advise. STAY AWAY FROM DEBT RESCUE!</p>
