Pathetic service and disrespectful

I have been requesting a settlement from debt rescue and they are intentionally not doing a follow up on the creditor to get me my settlement letter. Once I email them that is when they will cc you when emailing the creditor,if they creditor ignores their request they fold hands and do nothing. Most of my settlement letters I obtained myself through contacting regulators and ombudsmans for various industries because if you wait for debt rescue you might remain under debt review till u die because they do not do follow ups. I'm so sick and really tired of debt rescue and their pathetic lack service and communication. You are hold me on person so that you don't have to issue me with a clearance certificate.

Word of warning to other south Africans who are over-indebted You must nerver consider Debt Rescue because they will frustrate you and make your life a living hell. Today all my creditors are paid but I remain under debt review because debt rescue cannot issue me a clearance letter as there is one outstanding settlement letter which is their duty to obtain
