Pathetic service

I have been with debt rescue for 7 years and it's been nothing but poor customer service. I have to constantly ask for updated account statements and I just never receive feedback. According to my creditors,all my debt is paid off,but my debit order still goes off. The service is poor and pathetic. I am working in the USA and cannot even phone them to sort this out. No wonder our economy is the way it is,no one gives a damn about their work
